Those characters are from the game Tales of Phantasia. The character on the news button is Cless the main character, but I'm not sure if the rest are named characters or if they are generic.
top of the list, nice
whats up, I'm the admin of romdot.com, I noticed my site was at the top of your list and was wondering what you guys thaught about it. I dont get alot of feedback. I just got MySQL and set up a forum to try and rack up some real traffic. I'm planing on adding many more roms (diff. languages, versions, hacks, etc) as soon as I can afford more ftp space. I also enjoyed your "How to make a romsite" section, I can say with all confidence that making a successful rom site is entirely dependent on your host. Luckly I know my host personally (he runs his company out of his dorm room www.microswift.com fools!) and his prices are very affordable (I pay only $120 a year for 20gb monthly bandwith and 3000mb FTP storage on a deticated line) and I know he wont lay down without a fight at the first sign of legal trouble. Holla back, lemme know what ya think of my site, any suggestions would be greatly appreciatied!
I like your site because of the variety it has already, plus no site leeching, which is always great in my book. I wish you a long site life, my friend.
btw, I noticed a dead link on the romdot forums. It's the link to the main site directly under the logo. It points to http://www.romdot.com/forums/www.romdot.com instead of http://www.romdot.com

hi, sry if this has already been said, but http://emu.egame365.com/ is japanese or something, i was hoping you could change it on your list so it says so, btw ive been a very long time fan of both deathcat.org and romdot.com, (romdot.com need's more games! worms for exaple :D ) also http://www.jeanphi67.com/roms_n64.htm doesnt work anymore =\
also, ive been looking around the sites and none of them have a good selection of n64 roms, but if they do its japanese and i cant read which game it is....can you name a good ENGLISH site with n64 roms? thx
