Speed boost to topic list!

I've changed the behavior of the thread counting. Before, the topic lists where counting the descendents of each thread every load and thrashing the database.

I've altered the database to allow the descendent count to be stored with each entry. This will greatly speed up response times on the main page as well as the category lists and user lists.
