Remember back when we were using phpBB? Me neither. We don't have to because I've imported all the old posts.

I've linked all of the posts to their users in the current system. If the user did not exist, then the post is credited to a mock user with the username on the old board with an underscore in front of it. If you have a different username on this forum, tell me and I'll key your posts to your new account.

Sorry for the really long wait. :) Also, small optimizations to threading.
