Usability +1

I have added a bunch of small usability tweaks. Here they are:

When logging in, users are redirected to the page they logged in from.
Focus is given to new forms, see respond, edit, login, and register.
Post formatting help added for responding.
Loading... notification added to response submission.
New users are logged in automatically upon joining.
IE6 users are no longer shut out of the site. Site now usable in this browser of the last century. :)

I also fixed the posting problem for IE users that I just found today. Apparently, no one who currently posts uses IE. :)
