Etrian Odyssey

So I have this game for my ds and I'm pretty much in love with it and now they're coming out with a sequel which makes me happy, but also a bit irked, because pretty much EO is rumored to initially been created to see how 3d first person dungeons handle on the DS for a possible Shin Megami Tensei: Ds game... now instead of smt:ds there is EO2... but still fun. It plays like a classic RPG... lots of grindfests but still pretty fun. Also in my vocab grindfest = battling lots of wild guys for the sole purpose of leveling up (it could mean something else in which case it is confusing, severely)

Anyone else have thoughts on the game?
